Description

The PISA-651 is a half-size PCI/ISA Pentium single board computer.
It includes onboard support for Flat Panel or CRT SVGA displays and has a DiskOnChip® 2000 socket for Flash Disks of up to 72 MB. The PISA-651 includes special circuitry to stabilize CPU temperature and send an audible alarm when the CPU overheats.

Enhanced IDE, High-speed I/O
The card's Enhanced IDE controller supports mode 4 HDD operation and allows connection of drive sizes up to 8.4 GB. Besides HDD drives, the EIDE interface supports connection of other ATAPI IDE devices such as CDROMs, tape drives, optical drives, etc. In addition, the PISA-651 has 2 RS-232 ports with 16C550 and 16-Byte FIFO and one bi-directional printer port that supports SPP, ECP and EPP modes. For enhanced data transfer, USB and IrDA ports are available.

Flat Panel / CRT SVGA
The PISA-651 includes a CHIPS®
embedded SVGA controller that supports CRT and LCD panels simultaneously.

DiskOnChip®2000
The SSD socket accommodates a DiskOnChip® 2000, a new generation of high performance single-chip Flash Disks. This unique data storage solution offers a better, faster and more cost- effective Flash Disk for applications with limited space and modest disk capacity requirements

Watchdog Timer
The onboard Watchdog Timer can invoke an interrupt or reset the CPU when your application loses control over the system.
